Contract

If at anytime you are no longer able to keep your puppy, buyer agrees to contact the breeder and the breeder will have the first right of refusal to either: take the puppy back, assist the buyer in finding a suitable home, or authorize the buyer to give or sell the puppy to a home approved by the breeder.

This contract is not transferable.

The following statement is required by Florida Statute 828.29:

It is the consumer's right pursuant to section 828.29, Florida Statutes, to receive a certificate of veterinary inspection with each dog or cat purchased from a pet dealer. Such certificate shall list all vaccines and deworming medications administered to the animal and shall state that the animal has been examined by a Florida-licensed veterinarian who certifies that, to the best of the veterinarian's knowledge, the animal was found to have been healthy at the time of the veterinary examination. In the event that the consumer purchases the animal and finds it to have been unfit for purchase as provided in section 828.29(5), Florida Statutes, the consumer must notify the pet dealer within 2 business days of the veterinarian's determination that the animal was unfit. The consumer has the right to retain, return, or exchange the animal and receive reimbursement for certain related veterinary services rendered to the animal, subject to the right of the dealer to have the animal examined by another veterinarian.

A pet puppy is defined here to be and American Bulldog puppy which is in good health at the time of sale, and embodies the characteristics of the American Bulldog breed. This puppy is purebred and is registered with one or more of the following: American Bulldog Association (ABA), National Kennel Club (NKC), and United Kennel Club (UKC).

The chosen puppy shall be guaranteed healthy at time of delivery and all required vaccinations, dewormings and registration papers shall be up to date. The buyer agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within three (3) days from the date that he/she leaves our kennel. If the puppy is found to be other than healthy by the buyer's veterinarian, it shall be returned to the breeder immediately and the puppy will be replaced with one of the same sex, age and value as soon as one is available. If one is not available a full refund will be given. Breeder reserves the right to have the puppy examined by their own veterinarian.

The buyer agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm test, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health.

·	Buyer agrees never to dog-fight or in any way participate in dog-fighting with this puppy.
·	Buyer agrees to provide a suitable and secure area for this puppy.
·	Buyer agrees to provide puppy with basic obedience training. This puppy will grow very large and must be kept under control as not to taint the image of the American Bulldog breed, or cause itself or anyone else harm. This is in the best interest of the puppy and the buyer, many dogs end up unwanted or euthanized due to lack of proper training.
·	Buyer agrees never to sell or provide any offspring from this puppy to a pet shop or any form of puppy mill.
·	Buyer agrees that they will NEVER bring the puppy to a shelter or a pound, or abandon the puppy.
